[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Output messages from scicomp applications

Dear Users,

If you have not yet acquired a new certificate, you may start to notice 
related warning messages from jasmine and auger applications.

Please note that, while you will be required to have a new certificate 
by November 13th, you also must keep your old certificate, since it will 
also be needed at least until then.  New and old certificates can 
co-exist without problem, since they reside in different areas of your 
home directory.

We have generated the appropriate certificates for the special 
password-free cooking accounts.  If you notice warnings from programs 
run under such an account please let us know.

Also, we will be progressively rolling out new versions of several 
jasmine clients over the next several days.  Be advised that the format 
of the status messages output by some of the clients may have changed; 
if you parse the results you may need to update your code.
