[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Geant4, clhep, qt, gemc versions update

The following packages have been upgraded on all computers at JLab:

geant4 to 9.6
qt4        to 4.8.4
clhep   to 2.1.3.1
gemc   to 1.8

To use these packages on the cue machines:

setenv JLAB_ROOT /site/12gev_phys
source $JLAB_ROOT/ce/jlab.csh

If you want to use a different version of a particular package you can set an env variable before sourcing jlab.csh. For example:

setenv GEANT4_VERSION 4.9.5.p01

to list all available versions of a package:

ls $JLAB_SOFTWARE/geant4
