[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] JLab core exchanges between HPC and the farm for load balancing

JLab Scientific Computing Users,

The project to load balance between the LQCD HPC clusters and the experimental physics data analysis cluster is in full swing -- qcd* and farm* nodes are easily interchangeable and can be moved back and forth between the two environments to accommodate changing loads. The farm climbed to almost 4000 running jobs over the past several days, to more quickly process its 30,000+ pending jobs - cores are now moving back to HPC as the farm idles and HPC jobs begin to queue.

Please update scripts and configurations to include qcd* nodes as well as farm* hostnames in the cluster.
