[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Lustre status on the farm and ifarm

The Lustre filesystem (/cache and /volatile) are available again on farm and ifarm systems.

The farm will run at reduced capacity overnight, with only the farm23 and sciml23 nodes running jobs. Tomorrow morning we will gradually introduce additional nodes to further understand the cause of today's outage and the nature of the bug.
