[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Tape Library Outage

Tape library operations resumed.
The tape library has resumed processing requests normally. IBM will be performing additional work on the system tomorrow; however, this maintenance is not expected to cause any service disruptions.
We will continue monitoring the system closely and provide further updates as needed.
