*Lattice Calculations of Neutron Matter and Nuclei Using Effective Field
Theory

*Effective field theory is a systematic approach to interacting quantum
systems at low energies and densities which is based upon an expansion
in powers of particle momenta. Lattice effective field theory combines
this approach with numerical lattice methods. I discuss the application
of lattice effective field theory to the calculation of neutron matter
and nuclei.
