*Interpolation Between Instant Form and Front Form in Relativistic
Hamiltonian Dynamics*
Chueng-Ryong Ji
North Carolina State University
Dirac proposed the three different forms of relativistic Hamiltonian
dynamics in 1949. Among those,
the instant form and the front form can be interpolated by introducing
an interpolation angle between
the ordinary time t and the light-front time t+z/c. Using this method, I
will discuss the utility of the light-
front dynamics in hadron physics and the kinematic issue relevant to the
Jefferson Lab experiment of
deeply virtual Compton scattering.
