*Nuclear Parton Distribution Functions*

The talk will review and compare the main efforts in fitting the
nuclear parton distribution functions with a special emphasis
on the nuclear CTEQ program. I will present the current status
of the nCTEQ analysis, its challenges, future plans and also
address some needs for experimental input especially from
LHC, LHeC, EIC.
