Abstract//


Quark-quark weak interactions in the Standard Model induce weak 
interactions between nucleons. Although many experiments have measured 
parity-odd effects in nuclei, it has proven very difficult to use this 
information to determine the weak NN interaction. I will describe the 
present status of efforts to measure parity-odd effects in two and 
few-nucleon systems and discuss some theoretical progress in 
understanding the weak NN interaction.
