      <pre><b>Dynamical Parton Distribution Functions</b></pre>

      <pre>The new generation of dynamical LO, NLO and NNLO parton distributions is

presented and compared with standard distributions. The results obtained

for the strong coupling constant, the longitudinal structure function of

the proton, and the asymmetry in the strange sea distributions are

examined. The role of heavy-quark flavors at high-energy colliders is

briefly reviewed and discussed. Finally, predictions for weak-gauge and

Higgs boson production at hadron colliders are given at NNLO of QCD.</pre>
