We've made the first spin asymmetry measurement on a transversely
polarized 3He target in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering. The
Collins and Sivers moments were extracted from the angular dependence
of the measured target single-spin asymmetries. Beam and target
double-spin asymmetries are also measured. The corresponding spin
asymmetries of neutron are extracted using the nucleon effective
polarization and the measured cross section ratio of proton to 3He.
