<b>Transverse Spin Structure of the Pion and Nucleon</b>


In the present talk, we review a series of recent investigations on

the transverse spin structure of the pion and nucleon, based on the 

chiral quark-(soliton) model. We show the results of the tensor form

factors and transverse densities of the pion and nucleon. The results

are compared with the recent empirical data and those of lattice QCD.</pre>
