SCATTERING OFF HE-3."</font></b>
<tt>The role of nuclear effects in extraction information on parton
distributions of free neutrons in quasi-elastic and
deep inelastic scattering from nuclear targets is considered with
particular attention paid to Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering
(SIDIS) off polarized targets.A detailed analysis of effects of Final State Interaction
(FSI) of the produced particles with the (A-1)remnants is performed within kinematical
conditions relevant to JLAB experiments.
It is argued that at low values of intrinsic momenta the FSI effects are negligible
small, however there are specific kinematical regions where FSI is enhanced
and predominant. It is shown that in the polarized He-3 targets these effects lead
to a partial "depolarization" of the intrinsic neutrons, affecting, in such a way, the procedure of
extraction information on the Sivers and Collins asymmetries from measurements
conducted at JLAB.</tt></pre>
