      An Euclidean path-integral formulation of the hadronic tensor is

      reviewed where<br>

      the connected and disconnected sea partons are separated. I shall

      discuss how to<br>

      calculate them on the lattice and will discuss how the evolution

      equations should<br>

      be modified to accommodate both the connected and disconnected sea

      partons to<br>

      facilitate comparison with lattice calculation of the moments.<br>
