The title: "Recursive Fitting Framework for 3D PDFs"
The abstract:
Global fits to extract 3D PDFs from experimental data require a higher degree of sophistication than in the much better known case of PDF fitting.
The most serious issue to be dealt with is the higher dimensionality of the phase space: for GPDs, for example, functions of three independent kinematical
variables in addition to the scale need to be fitted, as opposed to functions of just one variable, $x_{Bj}$, for the PDFs. I will review the recursive
fitting procedure as a method to organize 3D multi-variable global fitting by optimization through several progressive steps.
We will also discuss the possible input for the framework and integration of
different approaches to extract 3D PDFs within the full extraction and validation framework.
