[Jlab_cc] Credit Card Training Requirements

Many of you are receiving notification that your p-card training has 
expired, or will soon expire.  These messages are correct.

All cardholder must complete REFRESHER training every two year.  The 
refresher training is an on-line program, which takes approximately 20 
minutes to complete, followed by a short test which must be completed 
with a socre of 80% or higher.

Once the refreshed training is completed, your training profile will 
automatically be updated.
