*These items can only be purchased via p-card if*

  * *The purchase is required to mitigate or avoid an immediate safety
    risk*

  * *The purchase is needed immediately to avoid a work stoppage and/or
    schedule delay that would have a negative impact on JLab property,
    work plan or schedule*.

If you purchase a hand tool or power tool using your p-card, *you must 
complete and submit a policy exception form, *which can be downloaded 
from the P-Card Main Page or from this link *
