[Jlab_cc] Reminder To All Credit Card Holders To Keep P-Card Logs Current

Good afternoon,

With Jefferson Lab still operating under a Continuing Resolution, I 
would like to remind you all that your are required to enter all p-card 
transactions as soon as they are made.  This requirement is extremely 
important to insure that costs incurred appear as commitments on budget 
statements.

Please be reminded that failure to keep your p-card log current is 
considered a P-Card Policy violation and could result in suspension of 
your p-card.
