[Jlab_cc] Year End Reminder Regarding Credit Card Logs

Good afternoon,

The end of FY15 is approaching, and I wanted to remind you all to make
certain you record all transactions into your p-card log as soon as they
are made.  While this is a year-around requirement, it takes on added
importance at fiscal year end because:

1.  Transactions made in FY15 and entered into your log before September
30, 2015 will be paid using FY15 funds.  This is important to your group
budget in FY16, since you don't want FY15 expenses to be paid from FY16
funds.

2.  JLab Accounting must recognize all outstanding commitments which
exist at the end of the fiscal year.  Large or small, all commitments
must be recorded.  This gives the lab a true picture of the costs
incurred and committed in FY15, and assists in planning for the out-years.

Also, please make certain that your p-card log contains only valid
entries and remove entries associated with cancelled orders.
