[Jlab_cc] Upcoming Change in P-Card Program Management

Good morning,

I will be leaving Jefferson Lab effective January 3, 2017.  The 
Procurement Manager, Lynn McKnight, is making arrangements for a 
transition to a new P-Card Program Manager, and that information will be 
conveyed in a separate e-mail at a later date.
