[Jlab_cc] Year End Reminder Regarding Credit Card Logs

Good morning,

The end of FY16 is approaching, and I wanted to remind you all to make 
certain you record all transactions into your p-card log as soon as they 
are made.  While this is a year-around requirement, it takes on added 
importance at fiscal year end because:

1.  With the current budget restrictions, it is critical that p-card 
purchases be recorded immediately to provide Lab Management with a clear 
picture of current expenditures

2.  JLab Accounting must recognize all outstanding commitments which 
exist at the end of the fiscal year.  Large or small, all commitments 
must be recorded.  This gives the lab a true picture of the costs 
incurred and committed in FY16, and assists in planning for the out-years.

Also, please make certain that your p-card log contains only valid 
entries and remove entries associated with cancelled orders.
