[Jlab_cc] Tax Exemption Certificate and Laminated card

Good morning all, 
Attached is our updated Tax Exemption Certificate. You may fill it out and forward to your vendors, or just give them the Tax ID #, for all buys starting July 1st. I also have a laminated card for you to carry with you. You can pick this up now or when you drop off your June documents.

Subject: Head's up Tax Exemption 

Afternoon all, 

Effective July 1, 2018, all purchases will be tax exempt, with no exceptions. Accounting is the process of issuing an updated certificate and a smaller card that can be carried and presented to vendors when 
using your PCard in person. We are using the same Tax Exempt # which is 10-203974952F-001. 
Once the certificate and card are available, I will let you know.
