[Jlab_cc] Upgrade to PCard system PCard Approving Officials

If you received the meeting invite and you are only an Approver Official for someone's PCard, but aren't a PCard holder, you don't need to attend the training session on Monday, March 26th at 2:00 
Per IT, the approving process has not changed, only the card holder's Reconciliation process.

Good morning all, 
The IT department has implemented changes to the PCard system. A training session will be held on Monday, March 26th. 
Please mark your calendar as this is a Mandatory training session for all PCard holders. 

There will be a follow up email to this one with time and location for this meeting. I just wanted to make sure you reserve the 26th to attend.
