[Jlab_cc] Costco buys with PCard

Costco doesn't offer tax exemption at the point of sale. You have to make the purchase, then mail a copy of the receipt along with an exemption form that they provid, to their Corporate office. They will then determine if they will consider it as tax exempt and refund that amount. 
Since this is very cumbersome process that you will need to go through, I would ask that you not use Costco, since anything purchased there can be bought elsewhere.
