[Jlab_cc] Pin needed for some PCard buys

Good morning all,
As some of you have mentioned, at certain machines where you are using your PCard, it will ask for your PIN#.  I spoke with Citibank and they say it depends on what type of machine the business has as to whether
you will need to enter a PIN or not.  When you activated these new cards, you had to set up a PIN, if you don't remember it, call the number on back of your card and they can give it to you.  Keep it somewhere available
in case you need it.
