[Jlab_cc] Review and removal of old Pcard entries

Good morning all,
As a part of an audit of our Pcard system, it has noted that there are many older log entries that should be deleted or delivery information updated.  I would like to ask that all of you review your logs and for any entries older than 6 months that they removed if no longer valid or updated with real delivery information.

I need for this to be done by the end of this calendar year of 2021.
