[Jlab_cc] Error Received when Reconciling - Invalid POA

Good morning,

There have been quite a few issues with users trying to reconcile their PCard logs and receiving a "POA Invalid POA Combination", example below. If you receive this error, please contact the appropriate budget analyst to have them reopen this project. (I have attached the most recent list of budget analysts and their areas of responsibility). When you contact them, make sure you provide the POA that is invalid. The other option is change to a different POA.
