[Jlab_cc] Utilizing our Ecommerce site

Good afternoon all
Per Pcard directives,  you are encouraged to check the GSS Ecommerce System for parts needed, before using your Pcard to place an order.  By using our Ecommerce System, we get the benefit of competition and favorable pricing, and can code all orders as small business.  There are a large number of orders through Amazon that most likely could be ordered through our Ecommerce site. GSS is always willing to see about matching lower pricing when possible and can create special quotes for items.  GSS Ecommerce System is JLab's preferred supply program with over hundreds of suppliers catalogs and thousands of products ranging from scientific equipment and materials to maintenance, repair and operations items to office supplies.

Our Sales reps would like to start reaching out to card holders to see if there are opportunities for placing orders through their site, especially repetitive orders that they may be able to work out special pricing on or even stock items to cut down on lead time.

Please  take the time to go to the GSS Ecommerce Site and see what vendor catalogs are there and whether you might be able to utilize any of them.  Also, they are always willing to add a vendor, and have added several over time, so it there is one that you are using repetitively , they may be able to work with them and add them to our ecommerce site.
