Good morning all
Just a reminder, when entering your Pcard log information, do not populate the Receive date until the part has arrived.   See the screen shot below from the GEN017 test page on recording a purchase.  When a date is entered and is then past due, this creates issues for Accounting's reporting.  If you currently have dates there because items have been received, nothing you have to do.  If you have dates there as place holders or estimated delivery dates, please remove them.  To see if your parts have been received, go to the Receiving log at the following link   https://misportal.jlab.org/srl/logs/search


Also a reminder that when you are reconciling your log, you need to do it one for one, not grab all and then reconcile.  When the transactions are reconciled as a group, it doesn't allow us to perform our audit.  See the Credit Card Tutorial located in the Help section in the Credit Card system at the following link https://misportal.jlab.org/creditCard/.  Pages 7 through 15 gives step by step details on reconciling your log.   Of course both Brittany and myself are always available should you need assistance.
