[Jlab_cc] August 2025 Credit Card Reconciliation Schedule

Good morning,

All Cardholders and Approving Officials: The **08/28/2025** P-Card Bank statements are now posted on MIS. Please go to: https://misportal.jlab.org/creditCard to update and reconcile your P-Card log with the transactions which appear on your Bank statement. Please attach supporting invoices and documentation to each P-Card entry no later than close of business on Friday, September 5th, 2025.

**Reminder: Cardholders have three business days to complete reconciliation; Approving Officials have two business days for a total of five business days combined. Approving Officials need to ensure Cardholders complete reconciliations in a timely manner to allow Approving Officials ample time to complete review and approve within the five business day period.
