PCard Bank statements are now posted on MIS. Go to: <a

to update and reconcile your PCard log and to print your Bank
statement. The timely reconciliation of your statement is a
requirement of the P-Card Policy.

On-line statements must be reconciled <b> no later than</b><font
color="#ff0000"><b>***Tuesday, November 2, 2011**

Approving Official <b>no later than</b> </font></font><font

containing your P-Card Log,
supporting
invoices, any dispute forms, and Bank statement must be received by

Submit hard copy supporting documentation using one of the following
methods:<br>
<br>
* As an e-mail attachment (pdf file) to <a
class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:dena@jlab.org">dena@jlab.org</a>,
OR <br>
* Deliver hard copy packages to VARC, Room 8, OR <br>
* Use interoffice mail

Approving Officials: Ensure that all purchases meet MINIMUM needs of
the Lab. Before you approve the reconciled statement, it's your
responsibility to question any purchase(s) that may seem unnecessary or
excessive for the actual work requirements.
