<html><body><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div data-marker="__QUOTED_TEXT__"><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div>Good afternoon everyone.<br></div>The Jefferson Lab Purchasing Card (PCard) program is administered as part of the Department of Energy’s agreement under the GSA SmartPay2 PCard Program. </div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"> At the beginning of calendar year 2018 PCard holders were notified that a transition to a new PCard would occur sometime in November 2018.</div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"> According to the Department of Energy, Office of Contract Management, the time to transition our PCards is this month. </div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000">The GSA SmartPay2 program is transitioning to the SmartPay3 program, effective 11-30-2018 and requires a transition from JP Morgan, for our PCards, to Citibank. <br>The JP Morgan PCards that you are now using can only be used through 11-21-18 at 5:00 PM. The last week of this month will be the transition period between JP Morgan and Citibank.</div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"> Your new card will be valid on 11-30-18. <span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);" data-mce-style="background-color: #ffff00;"><strong>Please come by my office and pick up your new SmartPay3 cards which you will need to activate before 11-30-2018</strong></span><br><br>Due to the two day Thanksgiving holiday and weekend, we anticipate most of the PCard holders having to do without their PCard for 4 days or 11-26-18 through 11-29-18.<br><br>During this period I would advise you to plan your PCard buys before these dates, or if that isn't possible, place an order through our ecommerce system.</div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000">The other alternative is to submit a PR to Procurement.
