<p class="MsoNormal">As most of you are aware, the new PCard policies and procedures take effect today. We wanted to send out a friendly reminder of some key changes:<o:p></o:p></p>

</span></span><![endif]>You will need to submit a PCard PR for all purchases to obtain approval BEFORE placing your PCard order. Keep in mind, all purchases require 3 quotes. You can attach the 3 quotes to the PR for your AO to review/approve, and these attachments
will be automatically attached to your credit card entry once Phase II has been implemented in the next couple of weeks. A credit card entry cannot be created/saved without an approved PR#. There is a link on the PR to review the unauthorized/restricted items
list. See screen shot below on where to find this link.<o:p></o:p></p>
