We are accepting applications for graduate fellowships at the Jefferson
Lab for the 2014-2015 academic year.

/*About the JSA/Jefferson Lab Graduate Fellowship Program
<http://www.jsallc.org/IF/IndexGF.html>*/
The JSA/JLab Graduate Fellowship Program is funded by the JSA
Initiatives Fund <http://www.jsallc.org/IF/IFIndex.html>. JSA will award
fellowships to qualified doctoral students at SURA member universities
<http://www.sura.org/about/members.html> for research related to the
Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab
<http://www.jlab.org/>) in Newport News, Virginia. Each fellowship will
provide the awardee's home institution with a $10,000 stipend (~half of
a normal academic year research assistant stipend). The awardee's home
institution must agree to provide the remaining research assistant
stipend from institutional or research funds. An additional $2,000
supplemental stipend is provided to the awardee's home institution for
the graduate student. Conference travel support is also available with
the fellowships. Funds for the 2014 Graduate Fellowship Program are limited.

Within ninety days after completing a fellowship, awardees are required
to provide a written report to JSA on accomplishments during the period
of the fellowship, including:

  * Results of experimental or theoretical research undertaken at
    Jefferson Lab
  * Summaries of talks or lectures based on such research
  * Copies of preprints/publications based on such research
