Abstract:  The Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) collaboration in Hall A studies 
the reaction ep --> ep+gamma and uses the results to extract differential cross sections 
and functional dependance of Compton Form Factors (CFFs) and Generalized Parton Distribution 
functions (GPDs) on various kinematic parameters. I will give a brief overview of the DVCS 
reaction and our experimental setup used to take data as well as some preliminary results of 
past runs. I will also be giving some simulation results of kinematic settings to be used in 
future studies.
