[Jlabsa_gs] Help Escorting US Particle Accelerator student tour

Dear Graduate Students,

We are looking for four people who can escort a group of your colleagues 
who are visiting our lab. These students are attending the US Particle 
Accelerator School hosted by ODU,
The date and time are January 24, 2015 (Saturday) from 1 PM to 5 PM. 
There will be 4 tour buses and the lab requires 2 escorts per bus of 25 
students.

The visitors will tour the Test Lab (SRF), MCC and Injector, part of the 
accelerator tunnel and Hall C. Escorts need to have RWP, ODH, Tunnel, 
and Hall C training up to date. Escorts will be paid the amount of $50 
for this tour. If you are willing to help out, please let Lorelei 
Chopard, Mike Robbins or myself know by Friday (16 Jan) by noon.
