Dear Jefferson Lab collaborators,

We would like to remind you that the JSA Travel Fund program has still
some funds available for 2016. The Jefferson Science Associates (JSA)
Junior Scientists travel fund program is actively supporting the travel
of students and post-docs engaged in Jefferson Lab research projects,
helping young researchers to present their results at national and
international conferences and workshops. Eligible researchers are
students (undergraduate and PhD) and post-doc's who are not receiving
other JSA Initiatives Fund support (e.g., graduate fellowships, JSA
research grants), who are not Lab staff members, and who are actively
engaged in Jefferson Lab research.

Meetings that already receive some JSA support to promote young research
attendance are not eligible. The travel fund committee
(M.Battaglieri-Chair, D.Dutta, and D.Higinbotham) will examine
applications and reply to requests in a timely manner. Applications can
be submitted anytime. For any questions or further information send a
message to: battagli at jlab.org.

This project is supported by the JSA Initiatives Fund Program
(http://www.jsallc.org/ IF/IFIndex.html), a commitment from the JSA
owners, SURA and PAE Applied Technologies. Initiatives Funds support
programs, initiatives, and activities that further the scientific
outreach, promote the science, education and technology of the Jefferson
Lab and benefit the Lab's extended user community in ways that
complement the Lab's basic and applied research missions.

Sincerely,
Marco Battaglieri (chair)
Douglas Higinbotham
Dipangkar Dutta
