[Jlabsa_gs] GSPDA looking to fill vacant positions and plan future activities

Hi all! The education cycle allows for GSPDA to have amazing new members but always for too short of time (in my opinion!).
I'd like to personally thank those that have served over the last 1-2 years and led great initiatives like the summer coffee collab, lunch meet-ups, computing workshops and offsite networking events. It felt like pre-covid days at the lab and I was very happy to assist in these activities.
SO, we are looking for volunteers to serve on this amazing committee! We are fairly informal and things are as good as the time and effort we can put in. If you're interested in engaging with other Grad students and Postdocs please come to our next meeting on Sept. 16th at 3:30 in CC F226. If you don't have time to serve, that's ok too, but we welcome ideas as we look ahead at this new academic year.
