I tend to agree with Chris about Thursday evenings, but we should keep in mind that some JLab futbolers play ultimate Frisbee during Thursday lunch breaks. Either way I have no problem playing Frisbee at lunch, futbol after work, drinking beer after futbol, and may be even playing another game of futbol the next day :)

Looks like mother nature spoils futbol at lunch time.

How about Thursday evenings?  It would be a bit cooler to play later in 
the day and maybe more could join because there would not be conflicts 
with Friday seminars etc.

Thursday beer  time is just as good a Friday beer time too.
