Tonight 5pm.  Second Street Restaurant we'll be outside on the Pergola.

Happy hour specials include craft beer from $1.50 to $3

Off Victory Blvd.  Take the right turn as if you are going to Regal Cinema.
Then take either the 1st or 2nd right (it lies between those 2 roads).  
If you arrive at Farm Fresh you've gone a little too far.
