I'd like to add a couple of rules: 


No flopping (Too many players to name, but let's start with Fred and Robben) 
No head-butts, even if the player you head-butted flopped (Pepe)

I'm in. 

Couple of rules I'd like to suggest with what the World Cup has shown us - specifically Cameroon and Uruguay. 

No fighting with teammates on the pitch (Cameroon) 
No punching someone in the back when you can't catch them running away with the ball (Cameroon) 
No playing badly (Cameroon... sorry Luwani, couldn't help it) 
No biting on cornerkicks (Uruguay) 
No biting in general (worth mentioning twice ;) )
