It's 20 min halves, so with subs you have a good chance to rest. There is a good spread of good experienced players to beginners. We happened to play all the top teams last season, and as we were all free agents who never played together we had it a bit rough. We had games with 9 subs and other games with none; the latter was a bit difficult. It's a pretty easy paced league, with some really good players, and some complete beginners.
