Here's what I found about vision blocking:<div><br></div><div><li id="XIV.B.4"><a></a>Vision blocking: If the marker deliberately blocks the thrower's vision, it is a vision blocking violation.</li>
<div><br></div>from this website:</div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.usaultimate.org/resources/officiating/rules/11th_edition_rules.aspx">http://www.usaultimate.org/resources/officiating/rules/11th_edition_rules.aspx</a></div>
<div><br></div><div>I was changing my marking strategy against George today since he's been getting so many discs past me lately, and part of my new strategy was to block his vision since I thought it was legal.</div>
<div>Since he called me on it I thought I should look it up just to be sure and was surprised to see there's a rule for it. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Bill</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

Vision blocking, like putting your hands in front of their face? Unfortunately I forgot we have some people coming over for dinner so I don't think I can make it to williamsburg tonight<br>

Also, George, I looked up marking rules and there is a such thing as vision blocking so my apologies. You are allowed to move your arms, but not purposely block someone's vision.<br>
