Dear all,

Since we will have a LAD discussion during the meeting in Boston this week, the LAD meeting tomorrow is cancelled.

As Eli proposed last week, we will go through the tasks and data which we are going to take before and during the run - so to say a dry-run of the experiment to see what we might missing and need to prepare.

Quick update: Progress on the bars but still some patching to do for light leaks, no update on the X-ray testing of the GEMs and the laser system.
