Lets containerize and start using the containers for LAD workflow.

For admins:
a. Start using release and tags for LADLib.
b. Put the hcana release as dependencies.

Conatiners options:

  1.  LADlib + hcana + analyzer(and all its dpendencies)
  2.  lad_replay<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__github.com_JeffersonLab_lad-5Freplay&d=DwMCaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=zBpTRviCWTYKVxKBn5kVRA&m=AOGN_DANt6HqYMmY1DbHfPBkQHxO7KJqYIHPRP9fCk7YKeZmQ6s0NBsw3TzmCfnN&s=9MY43pEah8stDuuf5hw7O3WLJiKkCYxoyFLk6KgjH1U&e=> + LADlib + hcana + analyzer(and all its dependencies)
(for this lad_replay should also be tagged and container workflow goes into lad_replay)
