[Lad_hallc] proposal of LAD labeling and ID

Hi LADers,

please fill attached a proposal of how to ID the LAD bars, in the simulation and the future physical labels (cables, and paddles).

This is just an idea, and it is not even well written (I mean, it doesn't pretend to be a NOTE). I hope that the developers come back with feedback, since I would like to have a common base of how to ID then and not having a dictionary from script to script and analysis code (something that I think it will inevitabl, but let's try to facilitate the path)
