[Lad_hallc] Detector expert sign ups

Dear all,

Please add your names to help monitor the GEMs during the LAD experiment. This includes checking the online plots as outlined in the GEM operation manual and monitoring the gas cylinders daily for when one runs out and ensuring bottle switchovers are good. If something changes with the detectors, you would be the person the shift crew would contact, and then you would contact the group so we can make a plan about how to proceed.

Feel free to add the scintillators here. This swap would happen with the RC changeovers on Wednesdays.
