[Lad_hallc] LAD: Swing and Owl shifts cancelled, Day shift report at noon

Dear Hall C / LAD team:
	Due to the water leak in Hall C that has brought operations to a screeching halt, some shifts are cancelled for now:

- Wednesday swing shift (today) is cancelled
- Thursday owl shift (tonight) is cancelled
- Thursday day shift, please report at noon, rather than 8 AM. 

Additional shifts may be cancelled as we learn more.
