[Lad_hallc] More LAD shifts moved to stand-by

Dear LAD / Hall C team,
	I would like to release a few more shift workers:

- Friday Day Shift (5/23)
	TO shift is cancelled
	Shift Leader is on stand-by. You do not need to report the counting house at 8 AM. However, you need to be reachable by phone and ready to come in within <1 hour. Please call me or e-mail me your preferred phone number. 


As of now, Friday swing shift should report to the counting house at 16:00.
