[Lad_hallc] Waveform EventDisplay

Hi All,

I've coded a simple waveform event display, which could help to understand the ADC behavior of each PMT. It is very rudimentary for the moment, and it is just an event display for a given event (in the attachment case, event 9 of run 23028).

Later, I will try to code more sophisticated selections, to understand better the negative values of ADC pulse/integral. Right now, it is not a useful tool.

It produces 5 canvas, 1 per wall, dynamically dimensioned to the number of PMTs fired, so the number of plots varies from canvas to canvas, and not always they are paired, sometimes a PMT side doesn't fire, while the other does.

I added a horizontal line at y=0 to visualize 0 mV
